Contained within Coxwell Avenue to the east, Empire Avenue to the west, Eastern Avenue to the south, and the Canadian National Railway line and Gerrard Street to the north, the district is slowly but surely gaining in popularity and becoming a chic and trendy part of town.

CITYPLACE

CityPlace is a downtown Toronto neighbourhood comprised a series of condo buildings. Bound by Front Street to the north, Lakeshore Blvd to the south, the Rogers Centre and Blue Jays Way to the east, and Bathurst Street to the west, the area is yet to be fully completed but is slated to be the largest residential development ever put together in the city.
